TrustLinkSEO provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: guest post placements on third-party websites, link building and outreach, content writing, SEO audits and optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, web design and Google Ads management. Service details, deliverables and turnaround times are described on the relevant service pages or agreed in writing before an order begins.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed on our website or quoted individually and may change at any time, though changes will not affect orders already paid. You are responsible for providing accurate order details including target URLs, anchor texts and requirements.
3. Delivery & Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times (typically 24-72 hours for standard placements) are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as publication on third-party websites depends on their editorial schedules. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Revisions & Refunds
We offer revisions on content until it meets the agreed requirements. If we are unable to deliver a purchased placement as described, you will receive a replacement of equal value or a refund for that item under our money back guarantee. Refunds are not available for completed and delivered work, or for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You confirm that the websites, content and materials you provide are lawful, do not infringe any third-party rights and comply with applicable regulations. You are responsible for maintaining your own website and honoring any claims made in content we publish on your behalf.
6. Prohibited Niches & Content
We reserve the right to refuse orders related to illegal products or services, adult content, gambling (where restricted), weapons, hate speech, deceptive schemes or any niche our publishing partners do not accept. If an order is refused before work begins, it will be fully refunded.
7. No Guarantee of Rankings
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition and your website’s own quality. While our services are designed to improve authority and visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers or revenue outcomes, and no statement on this website should be interpreted as such a guarantee.
8. Third-Party Websites
Placements are published on independently owned third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their future availability, content changes or policies. If a placement is removed within the guarantee period stated at purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the content we create for your order. The TrustLinkSEO name, logo, website design and original website content remain our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustLinkSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service to any client who violates these Terms, abuses our staff or attempts to use our services for prohibited purposes. You may stop using our services at any time; fees for completed work remain payable.
12. Governing Law
